1. What products does Verdax Store sell?

Verdax Store offers:

2. Do you sell only organic products for agriculture?

Yes. All agricultural inputs sold under Verdax Store are organic and eco-friendly, intended to support sustainable farming practices.


3. Do you deliver across India?

Yes. We currently deliver within India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.


4. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within a maximum of 3 working days after successful payment.


5. What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery time depends on the product type and location:

  • Small products: 3–7 working days

  • Large machinery / energy systems: 7–15 working days

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary.


6. Are all products returnable?

No.

  • Most products are non-returnable

  • Only machinery products may be eligible for return, subject to inspection and approval

  • Consumables, organic inputs, liquids, handcrafted items, and installed products are not returnable


7. What is the refund timeline?

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.


8. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.


9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via secure third-party payment gateways, including:

  • Credit / Debit Cards

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Other gateway-supported options

Verdax Store does not store your payment details.


10. Are installation services provided?

Yes, installation services may be provided for selected products through authorized service partners.
Installation timelines may differ from delivery timelines.


11. Do solar, biogas, and wind systems come with warranty?

Yes. Warranties are provided as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Warranty claims must be raised with the respective manufacturer or authorized service center.


12. Will I receive order tracking details?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (where applicable).


13. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged machinery product:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photo or video evidence with our support team

Verdax Store will review and respond accordingly.


14. Are handcrafted products exactly the same as shown in images?

Handcrafted products are handmade and may have minor variations in color, texture, or finish.
These variations are part of the product’s uniqueness and are not considered defects.
