This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on https://theverdax.com, operated by Verdax New Energy Private Limited under the brand Verdax Store.

1. General Policy

Most products sold on Verdax Store are non-returnable and non-refundable
Returns and refunds are applicable only for eligible machinery products, subject to approval
By placing an order, customers agree to this policy

2. Order Cancellation

2.1 Customer Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment or dispatch
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
To request cancellation, customers must contact support immediately via email or phone

2.2 Verdax Store Cancellation

Verdax Store reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

Product unavailability
Pricing or technical errors
Incomplete or incorrect customer information
Suspected fraudulent transactions

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.

3. Returns Policy

3.1 Non-Returnable Products

The following are not eligible for return:

Organic inputs & consumables
Liquid fertilizers & bio-products
Custom-built or made-to-order items
Installed or used products
Handcrafted products (due to handmade nature)

3.2 Returnable Products (Machinery Only)

Machinery products may be eligible for return if:

The product is unused and in original condition
Original packaging, manuals, and accessories are intact
Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Return is approved after inspection

Verdax Store reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
Shipping, installation, and handling charges are non-refundable

5. Damaged or Defective Products

Customers must report damaged or defective machinery within 48 hours of delivery
Photo or video evidence may be required
Replacement or refund will be at the discretion of Verdax Store after verification

6. Refund Delays

Refund processing time may vary due to:

Bank processing timelines
Payment gateway delays

Verdax Store is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

7. Shipping & Return Costs

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error by Verdax Store
No Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are supported
